Thank you for shopping at Nappiro. We are committed to delivering your baby products safely and efficiently in a reasonnable time.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada, EU and USA. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and your selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount - check our website for current promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date
Nappiro is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. For lost packages, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships.
9. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped to the European Union and the United States, customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and can be included in your order total or shipping costs. Nappiro is not responsible for any customs delays or charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.
For Canadian orders, all applicable taxes are included in your order total, and there are no additional customs fees.
10. Product Safety During Shipping
We take special care in packaging baby products to ensure they arrive safely. All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
11. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping
During peak seasons and holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
